Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Project Specialist/Warehouse Associate to join our Traveling Team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the timely delivery of small to medium-sized projects by coordinating team activities, managing resources, and ensuring adherence to project schedules and objectives.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
Coordinate project team activities and resources to develop and execute project schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects and their phases.
Communicate project progress, status, potential risks, and mitigation plans to senior project managers, team members, and appropriate stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making and awareness.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and practices by actively participating in the maintenance of security practices, procedures, and controls within your area of responsibility.
The ideal candidate will have:
Relevant experience in a project coordination or program support role, with proven ability to develop and evaluate project plans under supervision.
Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals and the ability to understand technical components and processes relevant to the job.
Proven ability in effective time management, prioritization, and written/oral communication to manage project deliverables and liaise with internal and external groups.
A positive, professional approach with a strong willingness to learn new technologies and an ability to successfully adapt to change.
