Senior Project Specialist

Why We Have This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and curious individual for the position of Senior Project Specialist  in our Research Services team. As a member of our team, you will develop and strengthen your project management skills while working in a dynamic and innovative environment. This role offers valuable learning and growth opportunities to excel in your career within our research services department. As a rapidly growing organization, we are continuously expanding our research services and need dedicated project managers to support the increasing demand. This role is key to ensuring the smooth execution of research projects and delivering high-quality results to our clients

Things You’ll Do

  • Efficiently manage/ coordinate multiple research projects, from inception to completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
  • Oversee the execution and quality control of research studies
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with clients and stakeholders
  • Proactively identify project risks, issues, and opportunities, and implement suitable mitigation strategies
  • Continuously monitor project performance and adjust plans as necessary
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project status to senior management

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the research services industry
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in utilizing project management tools and software
  • Knowledge of research methodologies and data analysis techniques
  • A drive for continuous improvement and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent)
  • Proficiency in English (written & oral)
  • 2+ years of experience in the SaaS or Market Research industry is preferred
