This Opportunity is for all internal candidates and former Iron Mountain employees in the USA and Canada

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving successful project outcomes by applying project management strategies, creating quality and timely project statements of work, developing tailored solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage multiple projects (50 to 60 projects at a time), ensuring each is completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Work with clients and internal stakeholders to identify project needs and develop tailored solutions that address challenges and achieve business objectives.

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows and implement best practices for project management.

  • Serve as a liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and smooth project execution.

  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor degree is plus

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a related field

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Salesforce

  • Must have an excellent knowledge of company’s services and products

  • Knowledge of SKP , google platforms, smart sheet

  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.  

  • Must be able to handle  working under stress
