Who You Are

- Experience from working within a global industrial company is highly valued.
- Strong ability to collaborate in multicultural teams
- Self-driven, structured, and communicative, with a hands-on approach to leadership
- Comfortable working in a start-up-style organization with high autonomy and responsibility
- Preferably graduated in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering, University level
- Proficient in English
What We Offer
- The opportunity to build and lead a new manufacturing site from the ground up
- A key operational role in an innovative company shaping the future of sustainable marine technology
