About the Role:

Join our team as a Project Scheduler and take charge of planning and scheduling for airport construction projects. You'll develop project timelines, coordinate with various teams, and ensure on-time delivery of project milestones.

Key Responsibility:

  • Develop and manage the master schedule for the programme.
  • Detailed Review and Proactive management of contractor’s programme throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Periodic Monitoring and reporting of project data in conformance with project/programme governance manual and procedures
  • Prepare monthly/weekly reports in required formats for Stakeholders.
  • Update project stakeholders with weekly progress updates, forecast completions, together with critical path and trend analyses
  • Continuously evaluate and refine planning and control processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and project outcomes.
  • Overseeing the document control system, workflows, and communication matrices.
  • Assist and advise the project team in resolving all issues related to project schedule.
  • Review and analyze contractors’ claims and prepare recommendations reports

Suitable applicants will have/be:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • having 10 years of experience.
  • Experience in preparing CPM schedules.
  • Proficient with Oracle Primavera P6 scheduling software
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks related to reporting and scheduling.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills are required
  • Previous working experience on Airport Projects in GCC is advantageous.
