About the Role:
Join our team as a Project Scheduler and take charge of planning and scheduling for airport construction projects. You'll develop project timelines, coordinate with various teams, and ensure on-time delivery of project milestones.
Key Responsibility:
- Develop and manage the master schedule for the programme.
- Detailed Review and Proactive management of contractor’s programme throughout the project lifecycle.
- Periodic Monitoring and reporting of project data in conformance with project/programme governance manual and procedures
- Prepare monthly/weekly reports in required formats for Stakeholders.
- Update project stakeholders with weekly progress updates, forecast completions, together with critical path and trend analyses
- Continuously evaluate and refine planning and control processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and project outcomes.
- Overseeing the document control system, workflows, and communication matrices.
- Assist and advise the project team in resolving all issues related to project schedule.
- Review and analyze contractors’ claims and prepare recommendations reports
Suitable applicants will have/be:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- having 10 years of experience.
- Experience in preparing CPM schedules.
- Proficient with Oracle Primavera P6 scheduling software
- Proficient with MS Office Suite.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks related to reporting and scheduling.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills are required
- Previous working experience on Airport Projects in GCC is advantageous.
