The Project Scheduler is a part of the Project Management & Compliance Department and is responsible for assisting in facilitating the scheduling and execution of installations, moves, adds, and changes as well as miscellaneous work within the scope for the National Accounts department. This position is the first point of contact for the SAM, Sales, RM or Cardlink submitter regarding what to expect through the install or reprogram process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, presentation and writing skills are essential.

Act as Point of Contact managing Installs, Moves, Changes, & Adds activity.

Responsible for projects up to 35 sites.

Update related deployment activity information to internal partners.

Schedule tech for work identified by the ticket type and provide technician with all necessary information.

Identify and address all deployment issues in a timely manner or as directed by Management.

Manage interdepartmental communication for problem resolution.

Address database inconsistencies as identified.
-
Process invoice approvals.

Update SAM with database inconsistencies as discovered.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Must be able to successfully pass all applicable background screening tests.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and/or REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

1-2 years in Customer Service and project coordinating experience preferred.

Additional weekend and after hours work may be required on occasion.
-
Remote network access to be required on occasion, company laptop to be provided.

Must be able to work in an environment requiring extensive telephone and computer work and be able to handle multiple issues simultaneously.

Requires strong communications skills, written and oral.

Must be team oriented with creative team building skills

Ability to work in a fast paced environment, quickly respond and prioritize between multiple demands.
