Job Description

Link Solutions is seeking a Project Scheduler to join our team in Sierra Vista, AZ.

  • Must be a US Citizen 
  • Security clearance required
  • Non-remote (relocation incentive available)

In this role, the Project Scheduler will provide services in support of the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) and the creation and publication of technical documentation and manuals. You will support NETCOM in the collection and interpretation of technical data or information and coordination of layouts for publication to Army Enterprise programs at various life cycle stages.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure timely updates and adherence to project timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or risks, providing recommendations for mitigation.
  • Prepare and distribute regular status reports, highlighting key milestones and any deviations from the schedule.
  • Utilize project management software to track and manage project schedules and resources.
  • Facilitate regular scheduling meetings with stakeholders to review project timelines and address any issues.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and contractual requirements related to project scheduling.

Shift:

  • Monday thru Friday
  • Shift hours are flexible, provided that the employe completes 8 hours of work between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM daily. 

Qualifications

  • US Citizen
  • DoD Secret Clearance 
  • Three (3+) years of Project Scheduler experience.
  • IAT Level II Certification (CompTIA Security+ CS, CCNA Security Training, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC) equivalent or higher.
  • Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office® 2013 or higher editions, specifically MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Project, and Microsoft Visio.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management. 
  • Ability to function independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment required. 
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. 
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

Preferred:

  • ITIL® 4 Foundation Certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Expert or Master Certification.
