Administer and secure enterprise Windows infrastructure in classified environments supporting Army Research Laboratory systems. Responsibilities include managing Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, MECM/SCCM, PowerShell automation, patching, STIG compliance, vulnerability remediation, backups, incident response, troubleshooting, documentation, and Tier III support. The role also provides technical leadership, supports infrastructure modernization, and collaborates with cybersecurity teams and government stakeholders.

Installs, splices, terminates, tests, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs fiber optic, copper, and coaxial outside-plant telecommunications systems. Evaluates infrastructure, emerging technologies, vendors, and modernization opportunities across operating systems, identity, networking, storage, virtualization, endpoints, cybersecurity, and cloud. Develops roadmaps, business cases, cost-benefit analyses, technical recommendations, and executive briefings while supporting architecture reviews, complex troubleshooting, automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, and secure technology adoption.

Administers and sustains classified and unclassified Windows, Linux, Active Directory, virtualization, network, and communications infrastructure. Responsibilities include system installation, patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, access management, cybersecurity compliance, incident response, backup and recovery, documentation, technical support, and modernization. The role requires collaboration with government stakeholders and vendors while supporting secure, mission-critical national defense operations.

Develops, maintains, and modernizes secure enterprise applications and databases supporting U.S. Army COMSEC systems. Responsibilities include full-stack development, database administration, systems integration, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, performance optimization, cybersecurity compliance, RMF support, documentation, and technical stakeholder coordination. The role administers SQL Server and Oracle environments, supports Windows and Linux systems, manages Azure PaaS solutions, and contributes to software modernization and operational support.

Lead the full capture lifecycle for strategic DoD and Federal Civilian opportunities, including IDIQs, GWACs, BPAs, and complex task orders. Develop capture plans, competitive assessments, win strategies, customer engagement plans, and teaming arrangements. Coordinate solution, operations, recruiting, contracts, pricing, and proposal teams while supporting proposal reviews, presentations, and executive briefings. Conduct market and competitive intelligence, assess procurement trends, manage pursuit milestones, and improve probability of contract award.

Leads technical solution development for complex federal and defense pursuits. Partners with capture, proposal, business development, operations, and engineering teams to translate mission requirements into compliant architectures and executable delivery strategies. Evaluates emerging technologies across cloud, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, AI/ML, automation, and modernization; develops reusable solution components and technology roadmaps; and advises executives, customers, and technical stakeholders during strategic growth and proposal activities.

Support DoD cybersecurity programs for PEO STRI: administer RMF activities, vulnerability management, security assessments, accreditation/authorization support, policy development, continuous monitoring, POA&M management, and compliance with DoD/NIST requirements. Collaborate with systems and engineering teams to remediate vulnerabilities and maintain security posture for mission-critical systems.

Administer, secure, and maintain government enterprise server, virtualization, storage, and cloud environments. Support Active Directory, Microsoft 365, monitoring, patching, backups (NetBackup/Veeam/HPE), disaster recovery, documentation, and collaboration with engineering and cybersecurity teams to ensure mission-critical system availability and compliance.

Administer, secure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (routing, switching, wireless, storage networking, Cisco ACI). Provide Tier II/III support, monitor performance, troubleshoot connectivity, assist disaster recovery, manage vendor lifecycles, and ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements.
