The Systems Administrator manages and maintains computer networks, supervises personnel, troubleshoots issues, and provides training in a government environment.

Design, develop, and maintain Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and Power BI solutions; translate requirements into technical designs; implement ALM and integrations with Azure and enterprise data; troubleshoot production issues; collaborate with Agile teams and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable workflows and reporting for Defense Health Agency systems.

Administer and maintain enterprise servers, virtualization, storage, backup/recovery, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 services. Monitor performance, apply patches, enforce cybersecurity baselines, support cloud migrations, run disaster recovery activities, create SOPs and documentation, and collaborate with engineering and cybersecurity teams to ensure secure, available mission-critical systems for DoD customers.

Provide full‑stack application development and database administration for COMSEC enterprise systems: design, develop, test, deploy, troubleshoot, optimize performance, maintain data integrity, ensure RMF/security compliance, support system modernization, and produce technical documentation while coordinating with government leads and stakeholders.

Design, develop, modernize, test, and maintain mission-critical COMSEC enterprise applications and databases. Administer databases (backups, recovery, upgrades, performance tuning), ensure RMF and cybersecurity compliance, support integration, troubleshooting, deployments, documentation, and provide technical/after-hours support while coordinating with government stakeholders.

Senior Systems Administrator for USAISEC supporting classified and unclassified environments; administers Windows/Linux/AD servers, virtualization, and network infrastructure; enforces RMF/ATO controls, conducts vulnerability assessments and incident response, manages backups/disaster recovery, provides Tier II/III user support, and coordinates modernization and vendor activities.

Provide Tier I/II help desk support for desktops and laptops: install, configure, troubleshoot OS and Office 365, resolve network/connectivity and printer issues, use ticketing system, perform hardware moves, and escalate complex incidents.
