TWG Infrastructure is expanding throughout Indiana and the Midwest and is seeking a Project Quotations Manager to lead the development of project quotations for transportation, utility, municipal, and infrastructure opportunities.

This position plays a critical role in revenue growth by ensuring customers receive accurate, competitive, and technically compliant proposals while supporting successful project awards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the quotation lifecycle from project identification through proposal submission

  • Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents

  • Prepare detailed project quotations and pricing proposals

  • Coordinate manufacturer pricing and technical support

  • Verify product selections, bill of materials, and lead times

  • Develop value-engineered alternatives when appropriate

  • Maintain project records and quotation history

  • Manage multiple bid opportunities and customer deadlines

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or 5+ years of related experience

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication abilities

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and strict deadlines

  • Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or related discipline

  • Experience in estimating, quotations, bid management, sales support, or project coordination

  • Construction, infrastructure, utility, or transportation industry experience

  • SAP, Salesforce, or ERP/CRM experience

  • Experience interpreting plans and specifications

Good Faith Salary Range: The annual starting salary for this position is between $75,000 to $95,000 per year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
