Coordinate closely with in-house structural, civil, and MEP teams, ensure code and accessibility compliance, manage client relationships and presentations, oversee drawings/specifications, conduct constructability reviews, and support schedule, budget, and issue resolution.

Lead K-12, commercial, and private-sector architectural projects from programming through construction administration. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (structural, civil, MEP), translate client goals into code-compliant designs, run client meetings and design workshops, oversee submittals/RFIs and site visits, and ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and constructability.

Manage project quotations from opportunity identification through submission: review plans and specifications, develop accurate quotes, coordinate pricing and manufacturer inputs, verify BOMs and lead times, recommend value-engineering, identify risks and scope gaps, collaborate with sales and manufacturing partners, and transition awarded projects to execution teams.

Lead the quotation lifecycle for transportation, utility, municipal, and infrastructure projects. Review plans and bid documents, prepare detailed pricing proposals and BOMs, coordinate manufacturer pricing and technical support, develop value-engineered alternatives, and manage multiple bids and deadlines to support successful project awards.
