Го планира, организира и спроведува целосниот систем за квалитет за дадениот проект, истиот треба да биде во согласност со барањата на купувачот. 

Главни одговорности:

• Oбезбедува дека секоја испорака на производи кон Купувачи е во согласност со спецификација за истите тие производи, а доколку има отстапувања исите тие се одобрени од соодветна релевантна страна.  
• Го следи приемот на куповната стока, процесот на изработка-монтажа-испитување на деловите, и открива неусогласености. Предлага корективни и превентивни мерки за спречување и  отстранување на појавените неусогласености. 
• Учествува во изработка на анализи и извештаи за квалитетот на производите како и перформансите на процесите кои ги извршува; во врска со овие анализи, изработува извештаи за корективни и превентивни мерки и за ефектите од нивното спроведување. 
• Води евиденција на рекламации и комуницира со Купувачи во врска со истите. 
• Изработува и дистрибуира документи за квалитет, кои се во делокругот на работа на Секторот: процедури, работни упатства, формулари.  
• Новоформираните документи за квалитет, технички ги обликува во електронска форма. 
• Директно комуницира со Клиенти и инволвирани сестрински фирми од Вабтек Корпорација за билокакви работи од областа на квалитет (регистрирање на рекламации, брз одговор за обезбедување на клиент, анализа и изготвување на 8D извештај, каскадирање на рекламации до добавувачи преку WIM-S и сл.). 
• Учествува на редовните состаноци за QRQC во согласност со дефинираните правила за истите (San Gen Shugi пристап и сл.). 
• Обезбедува и комуницира ажурни информации во врска со квалитет, за секој состанок на QRQC, како и во системот WIM. 
• Користи усвоени методологии и алатки (QRQC, PDCA-FTA) за анализа на причина за неусогласености и решавање на проблеми, при што води сметка дека предложените решенија се во согласност со стандардите за квалитет на Клиентите или Вабтек Корпорација.  
• Соработува со останатите одделенија и сектори во компанијата заради координирање и давање стручна помош за извршување на активностите во врска со квалитетот.  
• Учествува во активности и проекти со проблематика од квалитетот. 
• Обезбедува дека се почитуваат стандардите за дизајн и дека критичните карактеристики се применуваат и почитуваат. 
• Обезбедува дека барањата за критичните карактеристики се пренесуваат до Добавувачи преку Барањата за Квалитет за Добавувачи.  
• Обезбедува врска помеѓу FMEA на производи/процеси и соодветните планови за мониторинг. 
• Верификува дека Научените Лекции (Lessons Learned) се применуваат во FMEA на производи/процеси. 
• Креира, комуницира Карти за Научени Лекции (LLC - Lessons Learned Card), и проверува дека истите се имплементирани и се почитуваат. 
• Дефинира, имплементира, одржува и ажурира Контролни Планови за Квалитет согласно усвоени промени и модификации на процеси или производи. 
• Извршува и други работи кои ќе му бидат делегирани од директниот претпоставен 

Квалификации:

Минимални барања: Машински инжинер или сродно образование од областа на техничките науки. Познавање на Македонски јазик – задолжително. Познавање на Англиски јазик – задолжително.

Мин. 3 години работно искуство, ИСО интерен ревизор

Position Summary:

Plans, organizes and implements the complete quality system for the given project, it should be in accordance with the customer's requirements.

Major Responsibilities:

• It ensures that every delivery of products to Buyers is in accordance with the specification for those same products, and if there are deviations, they are approved by the appropriate relevant party.

• Monitors the receipt of purchased goods, the process of manufacturing-assembly-testing of the parts, and detects non-conformities. Proposes corrective and preventive measures to prevent and eliminate emerging non-conformities.
• Participates in the preparation of analyses and reports on the quality of the products as well as the performance of the processes it performs; in connection with these analyses, it prepares reports on corrective and preventive measures and on the effects of their implementation.
• Keeps records of complaints and communicates with Buyers regarding them.
• Produces and distributes quality documents, which are within the Department's scope of work: procedures, work instructions, forms.
• The newly formed quality documents are technically shaped in electronic form.
• Directly communicates with Clients and involved sister companies from Wabtec Corporation for any matters in the field of quality (registration of complaints, quick response for customer assurance, analysis and preparation of 8D report, cascading of complaints to suppliers via WIM-S, etc.) .
• Participates in regular QRQC meetings in accordance with the defined rules for the same (San Gen Shugi approach, etc.).
• Provides and communicates up-to-date quality information for each QRQC meeting as well as in the WIM system.
• Uses adopted methodologies and tools (QRQC, PDCA-FTA) to analyse the cause of non-conformities and solve problems, taking care that the proposed solutions are in accordance with the quality standards of the Clients or Wabtec Corporation.
• Cooperates with other departments and sectors in the company for the purpose of coordinating and providing professional assistance for the performance of activities related to quality.
• Participates in activities and projects with quality issues.
• Ensures that design standards are followed and that critical features are applied and adhered to.
• Ensures critical feature requirements are communicated to Suppliers through Supplier Quality Requirements.
• Provides a link between product/process FMEAs and corresponding monitoring plans.
• Verifies that Lessons Learned are applied in product/process FMEA.
• Creates, communicates Lessons Learned Cards (LLC), and verifies that they are implemented and adhered to.
• Defines, implements, maintains and updates Quality Control Plans according to adopted changes and modifications of processes or products.
• Performs other tasks that will be delegated to him by his direct supervisor

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements: Mechanical engineer or other related engineering degree; Macedonian language is a must. High proficiency in written and verbal English.

Min. 3 years work experience, ISO internal auditor.
