We are now looking for our new Project and Publishing Support colleague in Älmhult.
Job Description
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate day to day actions with many teams and stakeholders to plan assignment and execute tasks as required,
- Participate in meetings with assignors, a follow up on the scope of each sales start,
- Ensure that all incoming orders contain the complete relevant information and components before start of production by collecting product information, analyzing the brief,
- Secure samples and 3D models,
- Coordinate the planning of production,
- Communicate deviations in scope, time-plan and quality to relevant stakeholder,
- Coordinate communication related to asset production between assignor and production team,
- Secure quality assurance of the final product communication assets according to briefs, concepts and guidelines,
- Contribute to optimization of the production flow for product communication assets,
- Stay up to date with process flows, relevant communication guidelines and business steering documents within Product Communication & IMC in general,
- Build and maintain good relations and cooperate closely with assignor and production team.
Qualifications
We believe you bring:
- Experience in planning, coordination and administration of assignments of different scopes and complexities,
- Experience working with MS Office, ordering systems and production tools,
- Business-level fluency in English, both written and spoken,
- An interest and passion for visual consumer communication,
- Eagerness to learn and share knowledge in the assignment,
- Ability to work with repetitive tasks,
- Goal- and delivery oriented with service minded approach.
