We are looking for a Project/Program Manager with expertise in both Agile methodologies and Data and Analytics to join our Center of Excellence in Buenos Aires. This role will lead and coordinate regional initiatives and programs aimed at delivering data capabilities across LatAm.
What you will do in this role...
- Lead and coach agile teams across multiple LATAM countries in a regional distributed model.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on solution architecture and design to development teams.
- Coordinate and align agile teams on large, complex initiatives using scaled frameworks like SAFe.
- Manage end-to-end regional solution delivery, including requirements, design, development, and testing.
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and transformation initiatives.
- Engage closely with diverse business and technology partners and stakeholders.
- Manage engagement with data and analytics programs, ensuring deployment rhythm and ongoing support.
- Define and track project budget and benefits, reporting financial health.
- Build and maintain effective communications and relationships with program team members.
- Collect project requirements from the DnA perspective and participate in project implementation.
- Implement project governance, managing tasks, progress, issues, and risks.
- Prepare and distribute status reports and presentations, host project meetings.
- Support data and analytics project tooling, business data management, and documentation.
- Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating on technical proposals and plans.
To help you succeed, you need to have...
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields.
- Proven track record as an Agile project team member with strong knowledge of Agile principles, concepts, and methodology.
- Proven experience in enterprise-scale, multi-team programs with Agile methodologies.
- Background in enterprise-wide implementation of Data and Analytics Projects, Data Science, or Data Management programs.
- Comfortable discussing business functions, operations, strategies, and objectives.
- Ability to define, coordinate, and prioritize tasks, user stories, or events.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical content to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in project and team budget management and escalations.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and work with cutting-edge cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in English.

- One or more Scrum Certifications: Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Product Owner (CSPO), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM),
- Professional ScrumMaster (PSM), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Certification (SSM, SASM)
