Project/Program Manager

Job Description

About the Role:

As a Program Manager, you will drive cross-functional programs that support product development, customer projects, and business growth. Partnering with engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and external stakeholders, you will lead planning, execution, and risk management to ensure successful delivery. This role is ideal for a proactive problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys turning complex challenges into results.

Work Location: Onsite – Zhubei City, Hsinchu County, Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive cross-functional alignment and decision-making across Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Quality, Service, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with vendors on product development activities.
  • Define, develop, and maintain program plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Monitor program timelines, critical paths, dependencies, resource constraints, quality and cost to ensure successful execution.
  • Identify, assess, mitigate, and proactively manage program risks and issues.
  • Lead customer-driven projects, product customization initiatives, and product line extension programs.
  • Prepare and maintain structured program reporting, including project status, progress, key milestones, risks, issues, and action plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong sense of ownership with the ability to proactively drive solutions.
  • Ability to learn technical details and develop a solid understanding of products and processes.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Experience in project or program management.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
  • Experience working in global and multi-site organizations.
  • Experience with semiconductor equipment or related technologies.

Salary Ranges

NT$1,357,919.48 TWD to NT$1,837,185.18 TWD

Skills Required

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Production Engineering, or similar
  • Experience in project management within mechanical engineering or related industries
  • Experience working with external manufacturing partners, suppliers, or contract manufacturers
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2) and common PM tools
  • Strong leadership skills without direct line authority, ability to motivate teams and drive decisions
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong process and quality mindset
  • High communication and negotiation skills with confident stakeholder management
  • Structured, proactive working style with a high level of personal accountability
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken
