Project Portfolio Manager

We are currently looking for a Project Portfolio Manager to join our Airspace Mobility Solutions team!

Requirements:

• Graduated in the fields of Management or Engineering;

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Project Portfolio Management or 5 years’ experience managing complex projects or business processes;

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate and prioritize resources across multiple projects;

• Enjoys working within an Agile team and thrives in a challenging environment requiring reactivity and resourcefulness;

• Knowledge of Portuguese and English;

• Knowledge of Air Traffic Management systems and technologies (nice to have).

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the project portfolio, ensuring prioritization and alignment with the unit’s strategy and performance targets (including EBIT);

• Lead customer liaison activities, including driving negotiations when required;

• Manage, mentor, and develop the team of project managers, setting both team and individual objectives;

• Monitor and control project execution through proper governance and control mechanisms, ensuring timely and effective delivery;

• Drive continuous process improvement and ensure full compliance with Thales Group’s rules and Code of Ethics across all projects.
