Ferring+You
You will drive portfolio management, providing high quality insights and project delivery excellence across our organization, as part of our PMO team in Clinical and Pharmaceutical Development (CPD). This fixed term opportunity is likely to last for 12 months.
Your day at Ferring
Drive budget and forecasting processes with Finance colleagues, CPD functions and global project teams including timely communications and the facilitation of 12-18 months project objective setting.
Facilitate resource and demand planning at CPD level providing visibility and insights to identify bottlenecks and support senior management decision making.
Facilitate portfolio prioritization processes across the full portfolio, collecting, consolidating and analyzing data and working closely with team members and corporate functions.
Prepare and deliver monthly portfolio reports providing consistent, end-to-end view of progress, performance, health, and trends in close collaboration with project leaders.
Be a subject matter expert on our project and portfolio management (PPM) system (Planisware) to maintain a single, trusted view of all projects and programs. This includes leading our PPM community on best practices and training users and drive adoption in support of data quality and usability.
Contribute and or lead any ongoing improvement initiative related to above core processes.

Proven experience in PPM systems and tools with a preference toward Planisware.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Experience in resource planning and capacity management.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
Ability to train colleagues either one to one or in a classroom setting.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
