About this opportunity:
Ericsson invites dynamic and self-driven professionals for the role of Project Planner. This opportunity aligns well with my experience in project coordination, PMO operations, and project tracking. I am excited about contributing to project delivery, governance, and stakeholder management while leveraging my skills in project planning, reporting, and process improvement.
What you will do:
- Accountable for successful delivery of assigned deployment projects as per scope, quality & budget within agreed timelines
- Drive project definition: Scope finalization, estimation, project specification with required resources (IT/Human), timelines, dependencies, issues, risks, etc identified and monitor all activities
- Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts, and critical issues
- Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Support project and program managers in planning, tracking, and delivering projects on time and within scope.
- Develop and circulate regular status reports, dashboards, and governance metrics to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely updates and progress tracking.
- Ensure all projects follow defined governance processes, quality standards, and documentation requirements.
- Facilitate project review meetings and maintain centralized project documentation
- Support resource utilization tracking and forecast planning.
- Work with Finance and Delivery teams to monitor project financials (actuals vs. forecast, NW ID usage, etc.).
- Support knowledge management initiatives and continuous improvement activities across the PMO.
- Utilize approved processes and tools to optimize efficiency.
The skills you bring:
- 4-8 years of experience in a Project Planning , project coordination, or project management role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, JIRA, or other project tracking tools.
- PMP /Agile Certification is strong plus
- ITIL knowledge is strong plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Process Management understanding.
- Presentation skills.
