Contract:       2-years renewable contract                                           

Location: Ibadan

DUTIES: 

  • Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of high-level meetings, workshops, conferences, stakeholder engagements, and other project-related events.
  • Coordinate schedules, logistics, invitations, briefing materials, and meeting documentation to ensure seamless execution of activities.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and action points, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.
  • Assist in the preparation of project work plans, activity schedules, progress reports, and implementation updates.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including government officials, partners, consultants, and service providers, to facilitate effective project delivery.
  • Support stakeholder relationship management by coordinating communications, follow-up actions, and engagement activities.
  • Represent the organization professionally during meetings, engagements, and project-related events, as delegated.
  • Prepare and maintain meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, concept notes, correspondence, and other project documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases for project information, reports, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Support procurement processes, vendor coordination, and operational logistics required for project implementation.
  • Assist in budget monitoring, expense tracking, and the documentation of project expenditures.
  • Prepare detailed reports, summaries, and briefing materials arising from meetings, consultations, and project activities.
  • Document decisions, resolutions, outcomes, and agreed action points, and ensure appropriate follow-up.
  • Support the development and timely submission of project reports, communication materials, and other required documentation.
  • Work on at least 2 EU-Horizon major projects.
  • Perform any other project-related duties as may be assigned by the Project Manager.

Requirements

QUALIFICATION:

Master’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences, International Relations, or a related field with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience performing a similar role in a well-structured environment.

  • Strong communication, organizational, report-writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Experience supporting high-level meetings and multi-stakeholder engagements

  • Problem-solving and proactive thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities.
