WHAT YOU'LL DO
As Project Manager, you lead and execute marketing projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and KPIs are met while coordinating seamlessly across teams and partners.
- Lead and deliver assigned marketing projects — including store openings, omni-channel communication initiatives, and global test implementations — ensuring goals, deliverables, and timelines are met
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively, setting clear objectives, managing budgets, and ensuring milestones are achieved
- Validate briefs and project scopes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, then set, monitor, and report on project KPIs
- Source, manage, and coordinate external creative partners and agencies, overseeing contracts and securing high-quality project delivery
- Secure executional support on local loyalty programs and rewards, including managing external partners together with the Commercial team and Owned Media Lead
- Collaborate with Customer Service and Store teams as day-to-day point of contact, supporting operational needs and aligning activities with global CRM and loyalty guidelines

You'll work closely with the marketing team members across Owned Media, Paid Media, as well as external agencies and cross-functional partners in Commercial and Store operations.
This role will be reporting to the Marketing Manager.
