The Lead Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of E-House modules for offshore FPSO projects, overseeing engineering coordination, procurement, fabrication, integration, testing, shipping, installation support, and commissioning interface ensuring compliance with technical, contractual, quality, safety, schedule, and financial objectives.
This role serves as the single point of accountability for project execution, acts as the primary interface with the customer and shipyard, and coordinates all internal and external stakeholders to achieve safe, on-time, and profitable project delivery.Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of E-House EPC projects from contract award to commissioning and project close-out.
- Develop and manage Project Execution Plans, WBS schedules (Level 1–4), budgets, risk registers, and resource plans.
- Coordinate multi-discipline engineering activities including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, structural, cabling, and control systems engineering.
- Manage procurement and supplier performance for major electrical equipment including transformers, switchgear, drives, UPS/batteries, HVAC units, and fire & gas systems.
- Direct fabrication yard execution covering steel works, equipment installation, cable trays, cabling, HVAC ducting, pre-commissioning activities, and mechanical completion.
- Lead FAT preparation and execution, oversee test compliance, resolve NCRs, and finalize certification packages.
- Coordinate delivery logistics and installation support for yard and offshore integration phases.
- Manage SAT and commissioning interfaces with client teams, marine commissioning groups, equipment suppliers, and class inspectors.
- Act as primary project interface with the customer and shipyard, leading progress meetings, schedule reviews, and technical/commercial discussions.
- Control project financial performance including ETC forecasting, cost tracking, milestone invoicing, cash collection, variation orders, and margin protection.
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies, QA/QC requirements, contractual obligations, and classification society standards (DNV, ABS, BV, LR).
- Lead and mentor multi-national project teams, site managers, engineers, inspectors, and planners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
- professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2) highly preferred.
- 15+ years’ experience in EPC or offshore project delivery.
- 8+ years managing FPSO, offshore E-House, or modular substation projects including fabrication yard execution and FAT/SAT activities.
- Strong working knowledge of project controls systems including MS Project / Primavera scheduling and SAP / ERP cost management tools.
