We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of projects. Ideal candidate will be responsible for stakeholder management, requirements scoping, resource utilization, and ensuring successful and timely project delivery. This role serves as a strategic bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership by providing governance, transparency and delivery assurance.
ResponsibilitiesPlanning: Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation to go-live. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, scheduling and deliverables.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular status updates and transparent reporting. Manage client expectations and ensure alignment on priorities and delivery timelines.
Resource Utilization: Plan and allocate resources across cross functional and shared teams. Optimize resource utilization to maintain productivity and efficiency.
Execution and Delivery: Oversee development, testing, and release management through sprints to ensure on-time delivery. Track project progress using appropriate PM tools, ensuring business priorities align with technical execution.
Change Management: Lead and govern the change management process, including impact assessment, scope control, and stakeholder communication. Ensure changes are implemented in a structured manner to minimize risk and maintain delivery timelines.
Compliance: Ensure projects comply with the company’s IT policies and industry best practices.
Risk Management: Assess project risks and take proactive steps to mitigate them.
QualificationsSkills:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT project management with strong exposure to SaaS product development and support environments.
- Proven expertise in managing diverse stakeholders across multiple geographies
- Strong competency in project planning, scope management, and change management
- Knowledge of project management and tracking tools such JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, leadership, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Qualifications:
- Graduate or higher degree in Information Technology or related discipline
- Relevant project management certification is preferred
Work Conditions/ Physical Demands:
- This is a full-time role based at our Chennai office.
