What You'll Do✔ Lead and support multiple projects from launch through ongoing production
✔ Develop project plans, timelines, and production schedules
✔ Coordinate with Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, Shipping, and Customers
✔ Manage customer inventory and production forecasting
✔ Create and maintain documentation, protocols, work instructions, and change controls
✔ Identify risks, solve problems, and keep projects on track
✔ Serve as the primary communication link between Aphena and our customers
✔ Deliver outstanding customer service while meeting critical deadlines
✅ Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
✅ 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, project management, or production planning
✅ Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
✅ Experience working with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
✅ Pharmaceutical, cGMP, DEA-regulated, or contract manufacturing experience preferred
✅ PMP certification is a plus
