ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate is an industry professional with strong client relationship management experience and a positive, solution-oriented mindset. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of progressive leadership experience, including business development and operational management within a multi-site service environment.
Essential Functions
- Provide operational solutions and support to clients and internal supervisors.
- Assist in managing the financial performance of assigned accounts while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Manage account financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
- Direct and oversee employee performance, including coaching, discipline, conflict resolution, and employee development.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and service quality.
- Manage daily activities of supervisors and frontline personnel in a complex operational environment.
- Implement operational processes and procedures to drive service improvements.
- Ensure services are delivered according to contract requirements and targeted profit margins.
- Identify and troubleshoot operational challenges and customer concerns.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent project management experience
- 3 – 5 years of progressive management experience within the building services or facility services industry
- Experience supporting industrial or manufacturing environments preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to execute against operational and project plans
- Demonstrated budget management capabilities
