The Opportunity:
CACI International is hiring experienced Project Managers to support Operations, Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR), Solutions and Innovations (S&I), and Mission Enabling Services (MES) projects on an upcoming program supporting U.S. Southern Command. In this role you will have the opportunity to manage the project scope, synchronize coordination efforts across Task Order areas, direct, coordinate, and plan the delivery of technical solutions to meet established timelines. Project Managers on this program will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of all services related to the project and will coordinate directly with the Program Manager.
These positions are contingent upon contract award, and will be located in Tampa, Florida and Doral, Florida.
Responsibilities:
Lead projects that support specific Task Order mission priorities from initiation to closeout
Manage cost, schedule, and performance of assigned projects
Coordinate project schedules, resources, and communicate timelines and updates to relevant stakeholders and the CACI Program Manager.
Integrate as part of a project team, collaborate, and conduct coordination with theatre-level and national-level Department of Defense partners.
Monitor and mitigate risk, and develop risk resolution strategies.
Maintain Project Management Plan, provide project related updates, and develop and brief Project Management Review (PMR) presentations, as required.
Track team project action items and communicate updates to the CACI Program Manager and Requirements Owners.
Qualifications:
Required:
Active TS/SCI security clearance
SME Level: BA/BS in intelligence, international relations, operational management or a related field of study + 15 years of applicable experience or additional experience in lieu of a degree
Senior Level: BA/BS in intelligence, international relations, operational management or a related field with 10 years of applicable experience or additional experience in lieu of degree
Journeyman Level: BA/BS in intelligence, international relations, operational management or a related field with 5 years of applicable experience or additional experience in lieu of degree
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certified
Measured success in managing Intelligence, ISR, S&I and/or MES projects at a tactical, operational, or strategic level for a Department of Defense customer
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Experience coordinating with Senior DoD stakeholders
Working knowledge of customer’s organization and processes
Desired:
Experience supporting U.S. SOUTHCOM and/or mission partners
Project Plus experience or similar project management software tools
Prior success in managing matrixed teams in a large organization

The proposed salary range for this position is:
