Position Summary
The
Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the project's management,
financial planning, and implementation to support future scaling efforts. This
role includes ensuring the accuracy of all related reports, managing budgets,
and maintaining stakeholder relationships. The Project Director will also
supervise the development and deployment of educational content and assessments
to track student progress. Key responsibilities include dividing deliverables
into daily tasks and ensuring adherence to project timelines.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Project Management
- Manage
the Sindh Education Foundation 100 project, developing systems to support
future scaling efforts.
- Oversee
the design and implementation of pre- and post-assessments for students to
track the progress and impact of learning tools.
- Divide
project deliverables into daily tasks, ensuring implementation as per the
plan.
- Establish
and ensure deadlines for all aspects of the SEF 100 project.
2. Financial Planning & Budgeting
- Develop
and manage project expenses, ensuring financials are within the stipulated
project budget.
- Oversee
and check the accuracy of all expenses and reports related to assigned
projects.
3. Content Planning
- Ensure
that the content provided is fit for purpose.
- Oversee
the proper execution of new content deployment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Required,
Master’s Degree Preferred
- Minimum seven Years of experience in Project Management
- Stakeholder Management, Project Management, Reporting, Financial
Planning & Budgeting,
