The role:
As a Project Manager, you will help drive our goals by:
• Leading the planning and delivery of business and IT-enabled projects, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, budget and quality expectations
• Developing clear, structured project plans, including milestones, dependencies, resources and deliverables in line with governance standards
• Establishing and managing project governance, including stage gates, RAID management and change control
• Coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to manage dependencies and enable smooth delivery
• Monitoring progress, managing risks and issues, and ensuring timely escalation and mitigation of blockers
• Providing clear and concise reporting to sponsors and governance forums to support informed decision-making
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end business and technology projects in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong understanding of structured project delivery frameworks and methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches
• Ability to translate business requirements into detailed, actionable project plans aligned with technical delivery
• Effective stakeholder management with the ability to influence and communicate clearly at all levels
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
• Experience using project planning and delivery tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira or Azure DevOps
