- Lead end-to-end delivery of software implementation, systems integration, and business application projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Partner with Field Service, IT, Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders to support business and operational objectives.
- Coordinate integration and modernization efforts across platforms such as ServiceMax, SAP, Windchill, and related technologies.
- Facilitate project planning, status reporting, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives related to business applications and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure successful project execution and system performance.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support change management activities and operational transition planning.
- Maintain project documentation, governance standards, and quality assurance processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional projects or business application initiatives
- Experience managing project scope, timelines, risks, stakeholder communication, and implementation activities
- Experience supporting field service, operations, or technical business environments preferred
- Familiarity with enterprise business applications such as ServiceMax, SAP, Windchill, or similar platforms
- Strong project leadership, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with process improvement, change management, and vendor coordination preferred
