This is a remote position.
The Contractor shall develop and deliver communication materials that inform and prepare customers, partners, Tribal governments, agencies, and other interested parties for system changes and implementation milestones. Deliverables may include communication strategies, key messages, website content, fact sheets, frequently asked questions, email communications, outreach materials, presentations, talking points, and stakeholder engagement resources. The Contractor may also provide change-management communications support, participate in project meetings, and provide recommendations to improve communication effectiveness. All deliverables must comply with DSL branding requirements and accessibility standards and be delivered according to a mutually agreed-upon project schedule.
Skills Required
- Experience developing communications strategies and creating materials (website content, fact sheets, FAQs, email campaigns, presentations)
- Ability to translate technical project information into clear, accessible content for external audiences
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and public awareness campaigns, including coordination with Tribal governments and agencies
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and compliance with organizational branding requirements
- Experience providing change-management communications and participating in project meetings
- Ability to deliver agreed-upon deliverables on schedule and work collaboratively with leadership and project staff
