We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager who possesses a strong execution discipline and exceptional cross-functional coordination capability. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing technology and business projects from their initial conception and planning stages through to successful delivery and closure. This role requires the ability to work seamlessly across various departments and teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
The selected individual will operate within the Project Management Office (PMO) framework, adhering to established methodologies and best practices. They will be responsible for driving project progress, managing risks and issues, and maintaining clear and consistent communication with all relevant parties. Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget will be a key focus, along with fostering a collaborative environment to promote continuous improvement and innovation.
Skills Required
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience
- Experience managing technology and business projects end-to-end
- Proven execution discipline and strong cross-functional coordination skills
- Experience operating within a PMO and following project management methodologies and best practices
- Risk and issue management with ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget
- Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
