Are you up for the opportunity of a lifetime? If so, we are seeking a Project Manager who is responsible for managing projects from inception to completion and effectively communicating with all involved parties. 

Key Activities / Accountabilities:  

  • Accountable for independently managing all aspects of leading project development from custom, turnkey, primary, secondary, and hybrid packaging from conception to invoice 
  • Comfortable independently overseeing 15+ development project timelines efficiently and accurately 
  • Fulfill 30+ plus concurrent customer orders & re-orders accurately, in full and on time 
  • Create timelines and check transit schedules to ensure projects are being completed by the promised date  
  • Work with internal logistics department, design team, quality and accounting team for all project milestones 
  • Build items and maintain multiple item bill of materials for manufacturing 
  • Set up RFQs and process purchase orders in our internal system 
  • Provide subject matter expertise on client related systems, process and procedures 
  • Communicate effectively with Sales team member and other teams within Jansy  
  • Collaborate with Sales team member to ensure new development and customer needs are being met 
  • Negotiate and confirm factory pricing is correct 
  • May be required to liaise directly with clients, when necessary 
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:  

  • BA/BS degree strongly preferred, or HS Diploma/GED with equivalent work experience required  
  • Minimum 2 years of previous project management experience  
  • Experience working with international factories 
  • Ability to use Mac 
  • Consumer packaged goods experience or primary and secondary experience 
  • Packaging development experience  
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and confidently apply new software applications and processes 
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment  
  • Self-motivation with a strong sense of personal accountability 
  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite, Slate, Adobe suite 
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management 
  • Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills 
  • Effective negotiation skills 
  • Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude and one who takes pride in the quality of their work 
  • Critical thinker and information seeker  

CA Base Pay Range
$75,000$95,000 USD
