Support account onboarding and maintenance, process orders and invoices, manage customer communication and project launches, coordinate sourcing/pricing with sales and supply chain, maintain CRM records, perform soft collections, and drive customer satisfaction and branch performance metrics.

Develop and manage enterprise APIs, microservices, full-stack applications, and integrations using C#/.NET and Azure. Design and govern APIs through Azure API Management, build cloud data pipelines, implement CI/CD with Azure DevOps and Terraform, and integrate enterprise systems, messaging platforms, and data warehouses. Apply API security, observability, and AI-assisted development practices while providing production support. Collaborate with distributed teams, mentor developers, lead architecture discussions, and own complex integration solutions end to end.

Coordinates customer accounts, orders, onboarding projects, pricing, quotes, sourcing, purchase orders, invoicing, inventory, transportation, and delivery. Acts as a liaison between customers and internal teams, maintains CRM records, prepares reports, supports collections, and leads customer launches involving multiple SKUs. Requires strong organization, communication, analytical, problem-solving, time-management, and project coordination skills.

Manages Berlin Packaging’s quality program while supporting sales growth through quality services. Responsibilities include customer and supplier quality issue resolution, consulting, corrective action and root cause analysis, employee training, supplier site visits, functional and dimensional testing, ISO 9001 internal audits, and QMS document ownership. Requires collaboration with customers, suppliers, sales, and internal departments in office and warehouse environments.
