Manages Berlin Packaging’s quality program while supporting sales growth through quality services. Responsibilities include customer and supplier quality issue resolution, consulting, corrective action and root cause analysis, employee training, supplier site visits, functional and dimensional testing, ISO 9001 internal audits, and QMS document ownership. Requires collaboration with customers, suppliers, sales, and internal departments in office and warehouse environments.

Design, develop, and deploy enterprise APIs and integrations using MuleSoft and Azure integration services. Build event-driven, cloud-native integrations, implement API security and observability, support L2/L3 production issues, and collaborate with onshore/offshore teams. Promote CI/CD and modern integration best practices and leverage AI/LLM-enabled APIs to accelerate development.

Support account onboarding and maintenance, process orders and invoices, manage customer communication and project launches, coordinate sourcing/pricing with sales and supply chain, maintain CRM records, perform soft collections, and drive customer satisfaction and branch performance metrics.

Drive new business and retain existing accounts through consultative B2B selling, prospecting, proposal development, project coordination with internal teams, and use of Salesforce and sales tools to achieve revenue and branch metrics.
