We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager for New Formats for Publishers to oversee and coordinate a large-scale project on the Nexxen SSP platform. The ideal candidate will ensure alignment across product, operations, business, sales, and marketing teams, build guidelines and materials, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to sales discussions for new offerings. Reporting to the VP, this role requires more than 2 years of experience in adtech, with a preference for candidates with a data and operations-oriented background.
What You'll Do:
Oversee a comprehensive project on the Nexxen SSP platform, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment among product, operations, business, sales, and marketing teams.
Develop and implement project-related guidelines, materials, and workflows to support project success.
Identify and analyze growth opportunities, including new formats and offerings, to drive innovation and expansion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met efficiently and effectively.
Prepare and present updates, insights, and opportunities in sales meetings to promote new formats and initiatives.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate project execution and continuous improvement.
Monitor project progress and make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
What Will I Bring:
2+ years of expertise in an Ad-Tech company, with a strong understanding of the landscape, focusing on business development, data, operations, and publisher workflows - must.
Proven experience managing large-scale projects and cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to plan strategically, troubleshoot issues, and prioritize competing demands.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
Proactive mindset with a focus on growth, innovation, and stakeholder alignment.
Strong problem-solving and quantitative analytical skills.
