What you will be doing:
- Own and manage all complete administrative functions and daily operations, including direct support for the CEO in daily meetings and high-level strategy.
- Manage comprehensive logistics, including all travel arrangements, accommodation, and leases for company properties.
- Be an active, hands-on contributor, setting deadlines and participating in daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Act as the main point of contact, ensuring effective and professional communication across all organizational levels.
- Thrive in a medium-sized business environment, exercising empowered decision-making and ensuring contributions have a direct, measurable impact.
- Bring an energetic and motivated approach, using creative thinking to deliver impactful solutions, often under tight deadlines.

- Minimum 4 years in Project Management with a strong focus on admin.
- Must be a self-starter, proactive, and capable of managing diverse business aspects independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for working effectively within diverse teams.

- Requires a "roll your sleeves up" approach, embracing challenges, and a willingness to adapt working hours (typical 08h00-17h00 but flexibility is essential).
- Ability to collaborate across various group companies (Aviation, Finance, Asset Management).
