We're hiring a Change Management Project Manager | Rosebank (Hybrid) | Start 1 July 2026

Are you a people-first change leader who knows how to bring an organisation on a transformation journey? We're looking for an accomplished Change Management Project Manager to drive the human side of large-scale IT and business transformation — from impact assessments and stakeholder engagement to training, adoption tracking, and building change champion networks. You'll design and deliver change strategies that minimise resistance, maximise adoption, and ensure new systems and ways of working truly stick. The ideal candidate is culture-savvy, highly structured, and metrics-driven, with deep knowledge of OCM methodologies, a strong understanding of behavioural change, and the ability to influence from the boardroom to the shop floor (SAP environment experience a plus).  If you're passionate about making change land — not just happen — we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project-specific change management strategies and plans aligned to project and business objectives.
• Conduct change impact assessments and business readiness evaluation.
• Design and implement communication and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Lead the creation and delivery of project-related training and capability-building initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, including executives, managers, and end-users.
• Identify and mitigate resistance to change and project risks.
• Establish and track change adoption metrics (adoption, usage, proficiency).
• Integrate change management into project delivery frameworks.
• Build and manage change champion networks, as per business best practices.
• Develop and maintain adoption metrics and reporting dashboards.

Requirements
Experience and Skills: 
• Culture savvy.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven experience with large IT/IM and business transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of OCM methodologies.
• Strong understanding of behavioral change and organisational culture.
• Proven experience in change management and digital transformation projects.
• Experience in an SAP environment is preferable.

Skills Required

  • Proven experience with large IT/IM and business transformation programs.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational change management (OCM) methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral change and organisational culture.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organisational levels.
  • Experience designing and delivering training and capability-building initiatives.
  • Experience establishing and tracking change adoption metrics and reporting dashboards.
  • Proven experience in change management and digital transformation projects, driving adoption of digital/system implementations.
  • Experience in an SAP environment.
