The Opportunity

Lead the execution of medium-size projects and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments.

How you will make an impact
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional project teams, setting clear direction, allocating tasks, and ensuring delivery of all milestones

  • Define and execute comprehensive project plans (scope, schedule, budget, and risks) in collaboration with Project Controls

  • Drive project execution excellence, ensuring alignment with best practices, policies, and governance standards

  • Monitor progress, resources, and financial performance (costs, invoicing, cash flow), ensuring efficiency and control throughout the project lifecycle

  • Proactively manage risks and opportunities, ensuring effective mitigation and value creation

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers and key stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring transparent communication

  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain to secure materials/services, supporting negotiations, claims, and project changes

  • Ensure full compliance with contract, quality, and HSE standards, and lead proper project closure, including formal acceptance and lessons learned 

Your background

  • Electrical or Electronic bachelor’s/master’s degree

  • Between 2 to 5 years of professional experience in project management.

  • Experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules and vendors/subcontractor

  • Customer oriented, with excellent organization and strong communication skills.

  • Mastery in balancing stakeholders, both external and internal.

  • Fluent in English and Portuguese both written and spoken.

  • Available to travel up to 20% of the time

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering
  • More than 5 years of professional experience, including 2 years in project management
  • Additional training in project management
  • Experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules, and vendors
  • Excellent organization and strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
