Due to expanding business, the firm
is looking to hire a Project Manager for our Porto or Lisbon office to oversee
client engagements in the Incentives team.
Description:
- Join
a growing Incentives team in a fast-paced consultancy environment
- Lead
client engagements focused on funding opportunities and tax benefits
- Contribute
to strategic business development and team growth
- Work
across diverse sectors with national and European funding frameworks
Responsibilities:
- Help
build the Incentives team, including strategy definition, client sourcing,
and recruitment
- Develop
and manage applications to European and Portuguese funding programs (e.g.,
Portugal 2030, PRR, Horizon Europe)
- Stay
up to date with new and relevant incentives and funding opportunities
- Coordinate
and execute applications for tax benefit programs such as SIFIDE and RFAI
- Proactively
manage client projects, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery
- Evaluate
the technical and economic feasibility of client projects
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate
degree in Economics, Management, or Engineering (preferred)
- 6+
years of experience working in grants and incentives
- Experience
with applications, namely under Portugal 2030 and European Commission
programs
- Fluency
in Portuguese (native) and English (proficient)
- Advanced
skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

writing, communication, and argumentation skills
- Capacity
to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities
