Project Manager
You'll lead complex IT projects and programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that advance our technological capabilities.
Requirements
• Expertise in project scope, timeline, budget, and resource management
• Proficiency with project management tools (Planview, JIRA, Microsoft Project)
• Experience with IT service management frameworks (ITIL) and quality management systems
• Demonstrated ability to guide and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience in stakeholder management and executive-level communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
• Consistent record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Experience with enterprise software implementations and integrations (SAP and bolt-ons)
• Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience with M&A project implementation is preferred (divestment, acquisition)
• Experience with regulatory compliance (GxP, ISO) preferred
Key Responsibilities
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements in collaboration with global stakeholders.
Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans.
Manage multi-tier M&A projects or workstreams concurrently.
Monitor and control scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Facilitate project meetings, maintain documentation, and ensure governance compliance.
Provide regular project status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and document requirements.
Support project gate reviews and escalate issues when appropriate.
Ensure adherence to IT governance, information security, and regulatory requirements.
Utilize project portfolio management (PPM) tools and dashboards for tracking and reporting.
Work effectively with globally distributed teams across EMEA, APAC, and US regions.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience in IT project management or related IT delivery roles.
Experience working with enterprise systems such as ERP (SAP/JDE), CRM (SFDC), or similar platforms.
Experience supporting global or cross-functional teams.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
Project location Budapest - Hybrid
Ability to participate in virtual meetings across multiple time zones.
