We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Global Regulatory Affairs team. In this role, you will lead the delivery of regulatory affairs projects, partnering with clients and cross-functional experts to ensure high-quality outcomes, effective collaboration, and successful project execution. What you'll do
  • Lead the delivery of regulatory affairs projects from initiation through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on project delivery matters, building trusted relationships through clear communication and proactive problem solving.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource strategies aligned with client objectives and business priorities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across regulatory strategy, regulatory operations, labeling, CMC, safety, and other specialist functions as required.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and drive effective mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet regulatory, quality, and client requirements.
  • Track project performance and provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support proposal development and business development activities by contributing project management expertise and operational insights.
  • Share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and ways of working.
  • Foster collaboration across project teams and support the development of colleagues through knowledge sharing and mentorship.
