Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager—an expert in leading end-to-end projects in a dynamic digital environment within a full-funnel digital agency. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
This person will work closely with the Director of Projects and be part of a PMO team. The PMO team is responsible for vetting all projects that are being contracted and ensuring all contracted projects and their deliverables are on track. This involves a clear understanding of project management processes and the ability to apply them across various day-to-day operational scenarios.
Roles and Responsibilities
Project planning, resourcing, design, and contract sign-off
Partner with clients to understand their needs and challenges, and formulate delivery roadmaps and project plans aligned with business strategies and goals
Manage delivery scope, budgets, and risks throughout the project lifecycle
Navigate teams through all phases of project delivery to ensure successful execution of milestones
Oversee project documentation where applicable
Manage risk and maintain error logs as required
Build and manage stakeholder relationships
Review project progress regularly and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders
Optimize processes and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
Identify growth opportunities within the PMO team or client accounts
Measure and report project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Key Requirements
Proven project management experience (2–3 years) leading end-to-end IT projects with multiple stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline
Experience managing human, financial, material, and information resources
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Excellent problem-solving ability
Ability to educate and coach stakeholders on best project management practices
