工作目标Primary Objectives of the Position

Lead the execution of projects and ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with company procedures, contract specifications, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, take focus on business target eg. cost/profitability targets, and scheduling targets.

负责执行项目并确保所有执行的行为遵循公司相关流程、合同规范、质量标准、安全健康和环境要求，关注业务目标达成，例如成本/利润目标及交付目标。

主要工作职责Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    As a project Manager you will be responsible for managing the assigned projects to ensure the fulfillment of all project goals, in term of on-time, on-cost and on-quality deliveries.
作为项目经理，对被指派的项目进行负责，确保项目按时、按成本及质量交付，并满足项目目标。
    Identify and evaluate project risk and take mitigation effectively.
识别和评估项目风险，并采取有效的控制措施。
    Being responsible for the project execution from contract signed until final acceptance. Following up production schedule to ensure the timely and qualified delivery.
负责项目从签订到验收的执行过程，跟进生产进度并确保项目按时和按质量交付。
    Good communication and coordination skill with all of stakeholders, including customer and concerned functional department.
良好的沟通和协调能力，包括与客户和相关职能部门。
    Monitor and control project financial status, optimize cost control in project execution. 
监督和控制项目财务状态，在项目执行过程中重视优化和控制成本。
    Act as key contact for the customer, report the project status to the concerned stakeholders regularly. Supporting technical inquiry from Customer. Resolve project and site issue from Customer.
作为客户的关键联系人，定期向项目相关方对项目状态进行汇报。支持来自客户的技术咨询。协调解决项目现场出现的问题。
    Implement the project documentation control and maintain tracking record. Captures, analyze and share lessons learned throughout the project. Ensures that the project is formally closed out, as contractually agreed.
执行项目文档管理并维护追踪记录。在项目执行中收集、分析和分享项目经验教训。确保项目按合同约定正常关闭。
    Building and maintaining ABB/Customer relationship. Ensuring Customer satisfaction            建立和维护ABB和客户关系，确保客户满意。
 

岗位要求Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, major in electrical automation or relevant discipline.
本科及以上学历，电气自动化或相关专业 。
At least 3 years’ experience in electrical design, and At least 2 years’ experience in project management; ideally managing oversea projects. Familiar with switchgear structure, power system and application.
3年以上电气设计经验，2年以上项目管理经验，管理过海外项目优先。熟悉开关柜结构、电力系统和应用。

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

良好的协调沟通能力。

Familiar with MS office software and project management tools (e.g. MS Project, SAP, Power BI)

熟悉办公软件和项目管理工具（例如MS project, SAP, Power BI）

Ability to communicate in English, both written and oral.

英语流利。
