The opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards for HITACHI ENERGY SERVICES SP. Z O.O.
How you'll make impact
* Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
* Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial targets are met.
* Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly through formal reports and presentations.
* Identify and mitigate potential project risks and challenges proactively.
* Ensure projects comply with all Project Management Office policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
Your background:
* Higher education degree in computer science, business administration, legal or equivalent, along with at least 10 years’ experience from managing product development projects with a successful track record in full life cycle implementation projects and proven ability to execute to time and budget.
* Proven knowledge and experience in project management, change management and business analysis functions and associated methodologies, techniques, processes, and approaches. Well versed in agile development methodologies as well as classical stage gate models.
* Preferred is Prince and Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
* Experience from the finance analytics is beneficial.
* Flexible, well organized, driven problem solver, solutions-oriented, and willingness to take initiative.
* Ability to analyse complex challenges, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
* Used to teamwork in international distributed teams with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in English (written, spoken) is mandatory.
