Job Summary
The Project Manager will oversee the planning and execution of assigned projects, collaborating with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables. Additionally, they may be required to manage other projects from different functions as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing business priorities.
Responsibilities and Duties
Project Planning and Execution
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and risk management strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals, data quality, and integrity, while providing regular updates and mitigating issues.
- Ensure alignment with business goals, data quality standards, and technical requirements.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
- Facilitate vendor alignment regular stakeholder meetings and ensure timely communication of project progress, risks, and decisions.
- Coordinate with vendors and conduct performance analysis to ensure transparency and alignment with project goals.
Project Delivery & Oversight
- Oversee the delivery of solutions, ensuring they meet business needs, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Oversee the development, deployment, and delivery of assigned projects, such as but not limited to application-related and business solutions.
Risk & Issue Management
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize delays and disruptions.
- Provide timely resolution of issues and escalate when necessary.
Reporting & Documentation
- Provide regular project updates, including status reports, risk assessments, issue resolutions, and overall project performance.
- Ensure proper documentation of projects adhering to PMO process and standards, but not limited to project charter, project Management plan, and other relevant documentation.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, project deliverables and external regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet agreed-upon quality benchmarks.
- Ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management. Preferably with a background in business analysis.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, and project management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
