Job Responsibilities: 

• Manage assigned projects in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver key milestones and deliverables while adhering to established processes and timelines.
• Support the project team to identify and communicate risks and impacts, develop mitigation plans, and facilitate key decision-making to ensure visibility to avoid schedule delays.
• Facilitate project update meetings with project team leads and cross-functional stakeholders to communicate status, milestones, risks, and issues, ensuring alignment and informed decision-making.
• Manage New Product Development (NPD), Sustaining, and Cost Productivity projects, through full Project Life Cycle; ensuring key milestones and deliverables are met while following established processes.
• Develop and manage project budgets and cost estimates in collaboration with project team leads.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of all project data, including timelines, milestones, budgets, resources, and risks, to proactively manage projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
• Foster a positive, solutions-focused team environment; adapt to change and support the team even when facing challenging situations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects from concept to completion.
• Strong risk management, mitigation planning, and decision facilitation skills.
• Possess strong written and oral communication skills.

• For Chinese office – English and Mandarin Chinese are both mandatory.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
• Experience working with remote and global teammates.
• Strong technical aptitude in electronic and IOT consumer packaged goods preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
• Solid foundation of budget and risk management.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong desire to learn and grow.
• Excellent computer skills include proficiency with common office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS-Project, Teams, and Oracle.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education in Project Management, Engineering, or another relevant field. 
• Will and able to travel both domestically and internationally around 5%-10%.
