PURPOSE OF THE POSITION – Global Retail Audit & Mystery Shopping Program Manager
Project management and steering of the project team, contact person for the customer. Ensuring agreed deliverables and objectives are met.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading and supporting the Global MSX Audit Team
- Organizing, preparing and participating at weekly reviews
- Organizing and participating at quarterly reviews with superior management. Agree and check on the content of the review with the Regional Delivery Leader.
- Participating in ad-hoc meeting
- Conduct and chair regular KPI performance reviews
- Produce and develop analytical reporting, which is clear and concise, and communicate reporting to ensure performance is tracking against KPI’s and targets
- Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently including performance, personnel, and relationships, support and communications in the market/project
- Ensures that all audits are delivered according to the agreed quality standard and reports meet the highest standards of precision, clarity, and compliance
- Oversee the global Budget and P&L and find ways to optimize profitability in alignment with Delivery Leaders.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Several years of experience in the automotive industry, In-depth knowledge of standard audits is a plus.
- A proven track record in Project management / Program Management – coordination and ownership of projects, following them through from start to finish (preferably 3-5 years of project management experience)
- Solid familiarity with project/change management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
- Ability to lead multiple low /medium complexity projects or portfolio of projects
- Strong commercial focus and prioritization skills
- Translate business needs into business opportunities which can be executed in small steps and prioritize them according to business value and impact.
- Data driven, customer focused, proactive, creative and innovative.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships (both within a team and with wider stakeholders)
- Ability to work effectively and influence up to (Sr) Director level
- Effectively communicate in small/medium groups; Strong influencer in 1:1 and small groups
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations and under pressure
- Highly organized, pragmatic and results-focused; driven to manage projects/programs full cycle
- With limited supervision, ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to drive decision making
- Strong Problem solving and root cause identification skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Basic business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
- Willingness to travel
- Excellent expressiveness in English
