To support our international business, we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) with a strong focus on French-speaking projects and customers. In this role, you will take responsibility for and actively shape complex international projects – either from our locations in Neuenstadt, Herford, or fully remote.

Your tasks
- Take full responsibility for exciting customer projects in an international environment – from order intake through to successful project acceptance.
- Actively communicate and coordinate with customers as well as internal and external project stakeholders while leading and motivating interdisciplinary project teams.
- Ensure project success through responsible planning and control of timelines, costs, and project scope.
- Prepare regular forecasts as well as technical and commercial project status reports to ensure transparency and efficiency.
- Proactively manage claims and change management processes to successfully address challenges and keep project objectives on track.
Your profile
- Degree in Engineering or Information Technology
- Several years of professional experience as a Project Manager in the intralogistics business
- Fluent English and French language skills are mandatory to communicate successfully in an international project environment. German language skills are considered a plus
- Strong customer orientation combined with a solid understanding of technical and commercial feasibility in order to develop tailored solutions
- Structured and independent working style paired with a high level of responsibility and reliability to successfully drive projects forward
- Confident handling of MS Office applications, including MS Project, for effective project planning and documentation
- Flexibility and willingness to travel (approx. 30%) to provide the best possible support to our customers on site
