The OpportunityWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to serve as the nucleus of our Implementation team, overseeing the successful delivery and operational health of projects within a designated region. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between sales and active service, coordinating cross-functionally with Planning, Supply, Permitting, and Field Operations to ensure our suite of products is installed at the right place, with the right equipment, as quickly as possible.
You will act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the installation process, balancing world-class service with rigorous project execution. Beyond day-to-day management, you will serve as a champion for your region - proactively diagnosing systemic issues, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless operations at a local level. The Skillset5+ years of operations or project management experience, specifically within fast-paced, hyper-growth, or startup environments
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-party projects from inception to completion, handling 50+ ongoing priorities while meeting strict timelines and quality standards
Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and unify diverse teams to drive accountability, results, and high accuracy
Solid business acumen with the analytical skills to diagnose root causes, anticipate roadblocks, and deploy pragmatic solutions with urgency
Strong ability to align cross-functional stakeholders (internal units and external customers) and facilitate the right conversations to solve complex problems
Proficiency in data analysis and technical project management tools (speciflcally Salesforce; SQL is a plus) to track performance and inform decisions
A track record of accountability through developing OKRs and consistently meeting SLAs, KPIs, and broader department goals
Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence while balancing those needs with internal business objectives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences
High degree of creativity, flexibility, and organizational skill to navigate a job scope that changes daily

The First 30 Days
Immerse yourself in the business by shadowing existing Project Managers and attending field ride-alongs to master products, processes, and the installation lifecycle.
Establish strong cross-functional partnerships with Permitting, Customer Success, Sales, and Field Operations to deeply understand regional dynamics and customer needs.
Assess current PMO workflows in the region to build a strong foundation of tools and systems.
Evaluate operational effectiveness and present actionable findings and recommendations for improvement to your manager.
The First 60 Days
Manage a full book of customers independently from inception to completion, ensuring world-class service and adherence to PMO guiding principles
Deepen functional knowledge by performing “day-in-the-life” sessions with Implementation teams to understand their specific challenges and workflows.
Leverage cross-functional relationships to gain stakeholder buy-in and successfully deploy 2-3 operational improvements or solutions.
Participate in weekly pod reviews to proactively identify project health, escalate roadblocks, and demonstrate progress
Establish a robust internal network and embed yourself within the broader Implementation organization as a key contributor to the culture of innovation
90 Days & Beyond
Present a comprehensive vision for long-term opportunities and systemic improvements identified within the region
Take full ownership of Project Management metrics for your region, providing detailed weekly reports on performance and health
Act as the first line of defense for your region, maintaining hyper-awareness of project activities to resolve issues quickly
Demonstrate full control over your book of business, independently solving complex cross-functional problems and driving success for the PMO
Achieve complete proficiency with PMO systems, tools, and data, having successfully delivered projects and solidified your internal network
In this role, you’ll receive a starting salary between $70,000 and $95,000 as well as Flock Safety Stock Options. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, as well as market indicators. Your recruiter will discuss this in-depth with you during our first chat.
