Processes, validates, and audits customer orders across Salesforce and Google Sheets. Verifies billing triggers, line items, payment terms, and contract requirements; resolves discrepancies with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance; maintains accurate order documentation and master data; manages order queues and service levels; and identifies workflow bottlenecks to improve order-to-cash operations.

Build and scale full-stack platform services for user onboarding, identity management, privacy controls, and secure public-safety workflows. Develop React applications, Node.js APIs, database models, and complex SQL queries. Containerize applications with Docker, deploy Kubernetes microservices using Helm, and leverage AWS services including S3, API Gateway, and SQS. Solve authentication, authorization, performance, and data-security challenges while shaping foundational platform architecture.

Lead legal research and legislative tracking on public safety technology regulation; draft and review communications for customers, officials, and stakeholders; analyze emerging privacy and public safety laws; develop policy positions and collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, External Affairs, and Communications to ensure compliance and mitigate business risk.

Lead FP&A for capital expenditure and hardware supply chain: build and automate capex and inventory forecasting models, drive demand-planning analysis, identify capex savings, and partner cross-functionally with engineering, product, operations, and sales to inform strategic hardware investment decisions.

Lead field testing and operational readiness for emerging hardware (primarily drones and robotics). Execute hands-on installations and pilot tests, develop deployment playbooks, standardize field processes, track deployment metrics and hardware issues, and hand off mature workflows to operations teams. Set website governance with growth, guide CRO and SEO, manage Webflow infrastructure and external developers, ensure performance, accessibility, and QA, and manage direct reports to optimize conversion and user experience.

Lead strategic sourcing, RFPs, and contract negotiations across SaaS, services, and hardware. Manage high-volume vendor workflows and renewals in Coupa and Omnea. Review and redline vendor agreements with Legal and InfoSec. Build procurement analytics and executive dashboards from spend data. Partner cross-functionally to create sourcing playbooks and drive process improvements.

Own the cloud video product roadmap for onboarding, live viewing, playback, management, and search. Lead end-to-end product strategy and execution for an integrated portfolio of hardware, firmware, and cloud software. Manage and mentor product managers, align roadmaps with engineering and platform architecture, prioritize features from market and customer insights, and represent the product externally to customers and partners. Drive technical tradeoffs and ensure cohesive delivery across multi-layered product lines.
