How you’ll make an impact
Leverage your expertise in project planning, stakeholder management and risk mitigation to manage corporate-level, cross-divisional projects that meet scope, schedule and budget requirements.
As a Project Manager, you’ll lead medium- to high‑risk projects involving multiple stakeholders. Your strong communication skills and analytical abilities will enable you to guide teams, manage interdependencies and drive successful project outcomes.

What you’ll do
Lead detailed project planning, execution and closing activities
Manage stakeholders through detailed project phases
Manage risks to protect project success
Participate as a subject matter expert in continuous improvement initiatives for FCC’s Project Management Office
Provide mentorship and coaching to sponsors, team members, stakeholders and developing Project Managers
Ensure projects meet delivery requirements for scope, schedule and budget
What you’ll bring to the team
Required qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in business administration or commerce
Minimum six years of business experience, including at least three years in a project management role
In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and the ability to coach others in their application
PMP certification
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of FCC’s business, budget and financial reporting processes is an asset
Familiarity with organizational change methodology and strategic planning processes is an asset
Working knowledge of agricultural lending practices is an asset
