How you’ll make an impact 

Leverage your expertise in project planning, stakeholder management and risk mitigation to manage corporate-level, cross-divisional projects that meet scope, schedule and budget requirements. 

As a Project Manager, you’ll lead medium- to high‑risk projects involving multiple stakeholders. Your strong communication skills and analytical abilities will enable you to guide teams, manage interdependencies and drive successful project outcomes.

What you’ll do 

  • Lead detailed project planning, execution and closing activities 

  • Manage stakeholders through detailed project phases 

  • Manage risks to protect project success 

  • Participate as a subject matter expert in continuous improvement initiatives for FCC’s Project Management Office 

  • Provide mentorship and coaching to sponsors, team members, stakeholders and developing Project Managers 

  • Ensure projects meet delivery requirements for scope, schedule and budget 

What you’ll bring to the team 

Required qualifications: 

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or commerce 

  • Minimum six years of business experience, including at least three years in a project management role 

  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and the ability to coach others in their application 

  • PMP certification 

 

Preferred qualifications: 

  • Knowledge of FCC’s business, budget and financial reporting processes is an asset 

  • Familiarity with organizational change methodology and strategic planning processes is an asset 

  • Working knowledge of agricultural lending practices is an asset
