YOUR ROLE:

As a Project Manager, you are the strategic orchestrator of fast-paced client projects – a leader who knows how to make ambitious things happen in a high-velocity environment. You're a master of execution and process from project initiation to delivery, with expertise in CRM-driven marketing programs. You're strategic, solutions-oriented, organized, collaborative, and have exceptional people skills that command respect from internal teams and clients alike.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Orchestrates the motion of every project liaising with all departments and client, from start through completion.
  • Understands scope of client request and implications. Able to translate requests into tight deliverables, assumptions, estimates/scopes of work and timelines.
  • Aligns with resource management to ensure resources are available and present at appropriate times throughout the project lifecycle. Ensuring the right talent is deployed at the right time and proactively mitigates resource constraints
  • Manages simultaneous projects within budgetary and schedule constraints. Monitors, reports, prioritizes and solves for project progress and risk. Escalates as necessary to ensure integrity of client scopes and agency profitability.
  • Champions CRM best practices and ensures seamless integration across technical, creative, and strategy teams
  • Leads quality assurance requirements for the project. Responsible for maintaining the required level of quality through every step of the delivery process.
  • Initiates all activities to support project close out and “retrospectives”.
  • Leads efficient meetings and conference calls. Ensures timely conference notes and action steps taken.
  • Is a champion of the agency process and quality work – and is responsible for optimizing workflow.
  • Drives project retrospectives and optimization – identifies process improvements and shares learnings across teams
  • Facilitates high-impact meetings and communications with clear agendas, concise notes, and accountability for action items

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 2-5 years of related project management experience in Digital & Direct Mail campaign management at an advertising or media agency.
  • Skilled at building strong working relationships with internal and external team(s) to manage needs and expectations throughout project lifecycle.
  • Evidence of working with project management methodologies and tools, WorkFront familiarity a plus.
  • Must have strong communication skills.

RAPP's current hybrid model is designed to enable in-person connections and collaboration that is core to our culture, while also supporting flexibility for all employees. As such, we have the option to work from home two days per week, if we'd like.

This range is specific to NYC and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
