As the Project Manager on F-AMTS program, your focus will be on helping build the training packages for the ADF Mission Air-Crew and you will own the integration of digital training technologies into an existing training school.

This role will be responsible for the project planning and development, managing projects throughout their lifecycle, communicating and organising stakeholders and working closely with the courseware and training capabilities.

The role we are offering you

• Manage projects for the development of training products including technical devices and courseware
• Manage a blended workforce including contractors and consultants
• Tae ownership of the entire project lifecycle from initiation, through planning, design, build, test, implementation and closure
• Actively manage project risks and mitigation planning
• Interact with customers to interpret and react to the needs and expectations to develop effective training solutions

Our ideal candidate has:

• Strong project management experience, ideally in Aerospace/Defence but open to other industries
• Experience in working with Training and Development team and delivering training products
• Prior experience in Instructional Design and Training Development is a plus
• PMP Certification or equivalent

Location:

• Homebush, NSW (we are open to Melbourne candidates as well)
• We operate a hybrid working approach.
• Your role will involve some national and international travel

Security requirements

As the Australian Department of Defence is a major client, you must be eligible to obtain a Defence Security Clearance to work in this role – please be mindful to obtain a clearance, one of the main requirements is you must be an Australian Citizen.
